Where it stands

The clinic held its grand opening on Thursday, July 30, 2026 and is complete and operating, at 90,000 sf across three stories at 8350 W. Badura Ave, built by Martin-Harris Construction with HDR Inc. as architect (Intermountain Health).

The opening was reported the previous day (FOX5 Vegas). It is Intermountain's first ground-up building in Nevada and houses Shriners Children's (Intermountain Health).

What is not known

The construction cost has not been disclosed, which is the remaining gap on an otherwise complete record for a finished building. No approval actions or case numbers appear in the sources we have.

Why it matters

This is the first building Intermountain has built from the ground up in Nevada, and the same system is behind the far larger children's hospital now entitled in the southeast valley, so the Badura team is a useful reference for who does that work locally. For southwest residents it also brings Shriners Children's services into the neighbourhood.
