Where it stands

The clinic opened to patients on Friday, August 14, 2026, following a ribbon-cutting on Thursday, August 13 (FOX5 Vegas).

The building is 98,900 sf across two stories, with 43 primary-care rooms and 15 dental rooms, adding capacity for about 100,000 additional annual patient visits; it was described as 96,800 sf at groundbreaking on January 16, 2025 (FOX5 Vegas; Culinary Union 226). The address is 4805 W. Tropicana Ave, at Tropicana and Decatur, and the fund serves Culinary Local 226 and Bartenders Local 165 members (News3LV).

What is not known

The construction cost and the contractor have never been published. A figure of about $115M carried in our own earlier record was not confirmed by any source we have, so we do not repeat it. No approval actions or case numbers appear in the sources we have.

Why it matters

Roughly 100,000 additional annual visits of no-cost care for covered union members is a material change in primary-care capacity for hospitality workers on the west side of the Strip. The building also grew about 2,100 sf between groundbreaking and opening, a rare published example of scope change on a completed valley healthcare project.
