The most recent verifiable action is the land purchase itself: roughly 205 acres from VanTrust for $181M, reported around July 2026, with no plans for the Apex land disclosed (Data Center Dynamics). Nothing more recent is on the record in the sources we have.

The widely cited $400M / 275,000 sf / 100 MW Novva figures describe a different, already-built site at 6115 Nicco Way in North Las Vegas on 20 acres, announced in 2022 and now taking reservations (Novva; Data Center Frontier). Attaching them to Apex overstates what has been committed.

What is not known

Novva has announced no building programme, no capacity and no timeline for the 205 Apex acres, so there is no construction cost, contractor or entitlement record to report (Data Center Dynamics). No approvals were found for the acreage.

Why it matters

Together with the Switch holdings, this purchase shows how much Apex land is being bought by data-centre operators well ahead of any filed application. It also matters that the figures most often quoted for Novva in Las Vegas belong to an existing building elsewhere in the valley, not to this land.
