Where it stands

The venue is under construction at the Flamingo, with opening stated as October 2026 in both a March 23, 2026 report and an April 20, 2026 venue post (iHeart; Category 10).

It is 34,000 sf across three stories, containing Hurricane Hall, The Still and The Eye rooftop, developed by Opry Entertainment Group, part of Ryman Hospitality, with Luke Combs (Las Vegas Weekly). It directly replaces Margaritaville at the property (Casino.org / Vital Vegas). Combs took a hard-hat tour of the site on March 20, 2026 (iHeart).

What is not known

No construction cost and no contractor or architect has been disclosed, and no exact opening day in October has been announced (Category 10). No approval actions or case numbers appear in the sources we have.

Why it matters

A 34,000 sf interior build swapping one celebrity-brand anchor for another is the standard pattern for Strip frontage turnover, and the October date is the practical deadline for the fit-out trades working the Flamingo. For anyone tracking Strip tenancy, it removes a long-running Margaritaville lease from the corridor.
