Where it stands

Construction was reported underway as of May 27, 2026 at BLVD Las Vegas, 3747 S. Las Vegas Blvd (What Now Las Vegas), with opening listed in 2027 (LVCVA).

The venue was announced on June 17, 2025 as an expansion beyond the first two Netflix Houses in Philadelphia and Dallas, which opened in late 2025 (Netflix Investor Relations). Nothing more recent than the May 2026 construction report is on the record in the sources we have.

What is not known

Netflix has not disclosed the venue's square footage, cost, general contractor or architect (Netflix Investor Relations). The chain-wide figure of more than 100,000 sf cannot be assumed to apply here. No approval actions or case numbers appear in the sources we have.

Why it matters

It is a large interior entertainment build inside an existing Strip retail address, so it competes for the same fit-out trades as the resort projects around it while disclosing almost nothing. For residents, the 2027 date is the only fixed point on a venue that has no published size.
